What is the capacity of a DMT???
The DMT is a 13′ long by 42″ tall body. She holds 12 yards but with the dual augers those 12 yards will spread like 17 yards.
How much clearance is there under the Mulch Mate®
The DMT Mulch Mate® combo without the lift kit or Extension Conveyor has a Full 32in of clearance from the bottom of the Mulch Mate® to the ground, perfect for a standard wheelbarrow!!!
If you option the Hydraulic Lift Kit you will see a total clearance of 47in and if you add the Mulch Mate® Extension conveyor with the Hydraulic Lift Kit you will have a massive 64in of clearance!!!!
If you are running the DMT with only the extension conveyor you will have a total of 48in of clearance to the ground!!!
Can you mount a Mulch Mate® to a standard Dump Trailer???
YES!!! MulchMate® is the only Dual Pivoting BMD on the market to completely swing out of the way and allow you to load and/or dump your loads at a press of a button.
What is the BEST truck to tow a DMT???
Great question!!!! We recommend a 1 ton crew cab diesel pickup truck. Can you tow it with a smaller truck sure but its not as safe as a bigger truck or a newer truck. A 1 ton from 1999 is not the same as a 1 ton from 2025. Trucks with larger aftermarket tires are NOT recommend. The longer the truck and all stock is normally the best overall setups.

There are many styles of MASON body trucks in the world. Our mounting system is fully adjustable and replaceable, so if you find yourself in a position where our mounts are not right for you, we can help modify your current brackets or we can design you the ideal mounts to make your life easy and make it easy to install and remove your HD from your truck!!!
Can the HD fit on a landscape body??? YES, but you will have a small amount of fab work to do to your truck and we are here to help you with that…

About Truck Mate® HD
Remote Controlled
Truck Mate® HD comes with a 6 function programmable remote that has a 300′ range. This allows you to have up to 100 remotes programmed to one HD and gives your team the ability to run the HD without getting of their equipment.
Heavy Duty
Truck Mate® HD has been designed to handle any bulk landscape material under 12″. You are never limited by the HD and you can still dump with it as you always have. The HD has a pulling capacity of 5 tons.
EZ to Use
